Quality Issues: Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence before approving refunds or replacements. Wrong Products: If you receive the incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. Change of Mind: Non-defective, unopened products may be returned within 7 days from purchase—with original packaging and proof of purchase—to be eligible for refund (excludes shipping charges).
